Founder's Note

With over a decade in the skilled trades, I've seen the same problem repeat itself — great people held back by broken systems. Whether I was repairing equipment in the field, building custom metalwork for high-end homes, or wiring up telecom infrastructure, it was always the same story: critical knowledge buried, tools that didn't fit the job, and teams left to figure it out on their own.

At the same time, I kept asking myself — in a world where technology is evolving at incomprehensible speed, why does tech in the trades still lag so far behind? Why are we stuck with clunky systems that break constantly and bloated user interfaces that no one wants to use? We've got AI that can pass medical exams and social platforms that are borderline addictive — so why does it feel like field teams are always two decades behind?
